Emma's ENT Appt
Well, we really don't know much more now than we did before.
We do know that the dr does not want to put tubes in now. He wants to wait and see if she needs them at the time of the palate repair. He said that if he put them in now, then the ears would drain into her mouth, nose, etc. because there's basically nowhere else for it to drain.
Right now, there is also some hearing loss. We still don't know if it's permanent or not. Emma goes back in July for a hearing test. The test will take 2-3 hours and she will need to be sedated. :(

Awwww...poor Emma. :( I'm sorry to hear that about her ears. I hope both problems are something that are easily corrected and you can move on from there. :)
